§ 31.050 BOARD DECISION.
   A concurring vote of two-thirds shall be required to modify or reverse the decision of the Building Official and/or the Fire Code Official.
   (A)   The Chief Building Official and/or the Fire Code Official shall take immediate action in accordance with the decision of the Board.
   (B)   Every decision shall be promptly filed in writing in the office of the Chief Building Official and shall be open to public inspection. A certified copy shall be sent by mail or otherwise to the appellant, and a copy shall be kept publicly posted in the office of the Chief Building Official for two weeks after filing.
