§ 131.006 OPERATION OF REMOTE-CONTROLLED AIRCRAFT.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to fly any remote-controlled aircraft within the corporate limits of the city.
   (B)   REMOTE-CONTROLLED AIRCRAFT means any powered, fixed wing craft which flies and which is controlled by radio signals.
