§ 118.003 LICENSING OF COLLECTORS OF GARBAGE AND WASTE MATERIALS.
   Any person who desires to engage in the business of collection of garbage and waste materials as defined in this chapter may so do upon the following conditions: such person shall obtain a license from the Department to collect garbage or waste materials within the city.
