§ 117.009 VEHICLES RESEMBLING CITY POLICE.
   (A)   A licensee or employees of a licensee shall not operate a motor vehicle in the performance of his or her business with a label, decal or business name that is in any way similar to the label, decal or name appearing on the motor vehicles of the city’s Police Department or any other official law enforcement agency acting within the state.
   (B)   The decision of the Chief of Police as to any such similarity shall be final and failure to comply with the decision of the Chief of Police shall be grounds for revocation of the license.
