The applications required by this chapter shall set forth name, age, experience and address of the applicants. If the applicant is a partnership, such information shall be given regarding each member of the partnership, the person to be in active charge of such partnership and all employees. If the applicant is a corporation, information shall be given concerning each officer, director, local employees and the person to be in active charge of such corporation.
