§ 116.067 PROCEDURE.
   Applicants shall receive, fill out, and file with the Department, a business license application as required under the provisions of Chapter 110 of this code of ordinances. The provisions set forth in said Chapter 110 shall be controlling as to all matters relating to the requirements for and issuance of a license, license fees, exemptions, renewals and the like.
