§ 115.008 OBSCENITY AND LEWDNESS; STATUTORY PROVISIONS.
   (A)   Notwithstanding anything contained in this chapter, nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to permit or allow the showing or display of any matter which is contrary to applicable federal or state statutes prohibiting obscenity.
   (B)   Notwithstanding anything contained in this chapter, nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to permit or allow conduct or the showing or display of any matter which is contrary to the provisions of U.C.A. §§ 76-9-702 and 76-9-702.5, or its successor law; provided, however, that, for the purpose of sexually-oriented businesses the definition of “private parts” shall be construed to mean “nudity”, as defined in this chapter.
