In accordance with § 110.032(F) of this chapter, the owner of a transient lodging facility shall have the right to appeal by filing a written notice of appeal within 15 days of the receipt of the notice of denial, suspension, revocation of a business license or lodging permit, or the lodging facility’s placement in the tier structure.
