§ 114.024 CALLS FOR SERVICE.
   (A)   Calls for service for each transient lodging facility shall be compiled by the city’s Police Department for a 12-month period concurrent with the transient lodging facility’s lodging permit and business license.
   (B)   The city’s Police Department shall be responsible to maintain a record of the annual calls for service for each transient lodging facility. An owner may request, in writing, a copy of his, her or their respective calls for service at the end of each license term and shall be provided the same within 30 days of said request. Upon notification of the number of calls for service a transient lodging facility has received per unit for the licensing period, a transient lodging facility shall have a period of 90 days to comply with the requirements of their tier level necessary to maintain, receive and renew their business license and lodging permit.
