§ 31.002 OFFICIAL OATHS AND BONDS.

   (A)   All officers, whether elected or appointed, shall, before entering upon the duties of their respective offices, take, subscribe and file the constitutional oath of office.

   (B)   The City Treasurer’s bonds shall be in compliance with the state’s Money Management Act, being U.C.A. Title 51, Chapter 7, or its successor statute.
