§ 31.001 PERSONNEL CHANGES IN APPOINTED OFFICES.
   Before any formal vote by the City Council upon a personnel change involving an appointed position, the specific appointed position involved in the change shall be designated in the City Council agenda which is published prior to the City Council meeting where a formal vote will be taken.
