(A) A person conducting towing operations shall furnish an itemized statement of services performed, labor and special equipment used in completing a tow of a vehicle, and the costs charged for each of the following:
(1) The person requesting the towing service;
(2) The owner of the vehicle towed;
(3) The duly authorized agent of either of the above; or
(4) The towing dispatch fee assessed for each tow processed through the city’s approved dispatch vendor, for an amount approved by contract by the City Council, as permitted by state law U.C.A. § 72-9-604(7).
(B) Such records shall be furnished by the tow company to any person authorized by this section to receive such statement.
