A MOBILE FOOD VENDOR is a business that serves food or non-alcoholic beverages from a self-contained unit either motorized or in a trailer on wheels, which conducts its operations on premises other than its own and shall be readily moveable, without disassembling, for transport to another location. The term MOBILE FOOD VENDORS shall not include mobile food cart vendors or ice cream vendors. (See §§ 116.001 through 116.011 of this code of ordinances.)
