A license fee as computed in accordance with § 110.002(A) of this code of ordinances shall be paid to the city when the application is submitted for approval. The dance license shall be effective for a dance or dances from the date of approval until December 31 of that year. Applicants must then reapply and be approved by the Department for a new license.
