§ 111.017 SPECIAL EVENT PERMITS INCLUDING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   (A)   Required. A city-issued special event permit is required for all events which are required to obtain from the state a temporary permit under Utah Code, allowing alcohol to be stored, sold, served and consumed for short-term events.
   (B)   Application requirements. In addition to the application requirements of a special event permit, the following information is required:
      (1)   The time, dates and location of the event;
      (2)   A description of the nature and purpose of the event;
      (3)   A description of the control measures to be imposed by the state and where alcohol will be stored, served and sold; and
      (4)   A signed consent form stating that law enforcement and authorized city representatives shall have the unrestricted right to enter and inspect the premises during the event to ensure compliance with state law and city ordinance.
