§ 111.016 STATE-ISSUED LICENSE REQUIRED FOR ALCOHOL ESTABLISHMENTS.
   No alcohol establishment may serve alcoholic beverages within the city without the appropriate valid license or permit used by the state pursuant to Utah Code.
