Alcohol establishments and off premises beer retailers must obtain a business license subject to the general requirements set forth in §§ 110.015 through 110.034 of this code of ordinances and the requirements included in this chapter. Alcohol establishments which qualify for a temporary license issued by the state may obtain a temporary license for the same term for which the state license is issued.
