(A) Applications for general licenses will have no greater than a ten-business-day review period unless extenuating circumstances apply as determined by the Director.

(B) (1) Applications shall be required and special licenses issued pursuant to the provisions of other chapters of this business regulation title. Approval by the Department must be given for special licenses required in this business regulation title.
(2) Approval or denial of special licenses by the Department shall be pursuant to the standards contained in the subchapter governing each license and § 110.033 of this chapter.
