§ 93.025 LIMITATIONS ON RESIDENTIAL COLLECTION.
   Except when otherwise agreed or provided for, the city residential refuse collection shall not include collection or disposal of the following:
   (A)   Large quantities of construction and demolition materials;
   (B)   Large quantities of dirt, sod, rocks and concrete;
   (C)   Contagious disease waste. Such waste shall not be placed in containers for regular collection;
   (D)   Large bulky waste items such as appliances, furniture or metal objects;
   (E)   Dead animals;
   (F)   Septic tank waste or holding tank waste from recreational vehicles or travel trailers;
   (G)   Highly flammable or explosive materials such as oil, gas or paint;
   (H)   Hazardous or radioactive waste material; and
   (I)   Any substance or material which is not refuse, as defined herein, or which the city reasonably determines to be unsuitable for collection and disposal because of its physical or chemical properties, size or quantity.
