§ 155.085 EXCEPTIONS TO REVIEW CYCLES.
   The review cycle restrictions and requirements do not apply for subdivisions which have boundaries containing a geologic hazard or potential geological hazard, or for any subdivisions for uses other than single-family dwellings, two-family dwellings, or townhomes.
