§ 155.059 PUBLIC COMMENT PERMITTED.
   The Department may, but need not, solicit or receive public comment on a preliminary subdivision application. Any written comments received will be made a part of the city's record for that preliminary subdivision application and are subject to Governmental Records Access Management Act (GRAMA) requests.
