§ 52.105 PERMIT REISSUANCE.
   A User with an expiring individual wastewater discharge permit shall apply for individual wastewater discharge permit reissuance by submitting a complete permit application, in accordance with § 52.084 of this chapter, a minimum of 90 days prior to the expiration of the User’s existing individual wastewater discharge permit.
