When requested by the POTW manager, a User must submit information on the nature and characteristics of its wastewater within 30 days of the request. The POTW manager is authorized to prepare a form for this purpose and may periodically require Users to update this information. If the User changes or adds a process the User is required to update the information provided to the POTW manager 30 days prior to the process being changed or added.
