§ 52.048 CITY’S RIGHT OF REVISION.
   (A)   The city reserves the right to establish, by ordinance or in individual wastewater discharge permits, more stringent standards or requirements on discharges to the POTW consistent with the purpose of this ordinance. In addition, the POTW manager is authorized to temporarily or permanently revoke or suspend issuance of any type of permit at any time in order to protect the POTW from pass through or interference in order to maintain compliance with any UPDES permit requirement or pretreatment program requirement.
   (B)   The POTW manager shall also have the right to deny new or increased contributions or to set additional conditions on such contributions to protect the POTW, including limits that may be more stringent than the approved local limits, with the approval of the state’s Division of Water Quality. Public notice may be required.
