§ 52.025 SEWER TREATMENT PLANT CHARGES FOR HAULED WASTEWATER.
   Hauled wastewater shall not be permitted in the city’s sewage system without written authorization first obtained from the POTW manager. Charges for hauled wastewater shall be set by the City Council from time to time by resolution. The POTW manager may refuse service to waste haulers at the POTW manager’s discretion. See also § 52.068 of this ordinance.
