§ 52.021 FAILURE TO REMEDY DEFECTIVE WORK.
   No permit shall be issued to any licensed plumber or contractor during the time that he or she shall fail to remedy any defective work, after he or she has been notified that he or she has been held responsible therefor under this ordinance.
