§ 52.012 DISCHARGING RAIN WATER AND THE LIKE INTO SANITARY SEWER; OVERFLOW FROM BLOW-OFF BOILERS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to connect with a public sanitary sewer any drain or pipe which discharges rain water, ground water, cellar or surface water or the contents of any spring, flowing well, creek, ditch or other watercourse.
   (B)   The overflow from blow-off boilers or heating plants shall not be permitted to enter a sewer at a temperature above 120°F. The overflow from blow-off boilers or heating plants shall not be permitted to enter a force main at a temperature above 104°F.
