All permits for sewer connections shall be issued to the state-licensed contractor who is qualified under state license law to do the work. All sewers and apparatuses shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with the Design Requirements for Wastewater Collection, Treatment and Disposal Systems section of the state’s Rules of Administration, Rule 317.
