It shall be unlawful for any person to maliciously, willfully or negligently injure, break or remove (any part or portion of) damage, destroy, uncover, deface, tamper with or prevent access to any structure, appurtenance, appliance or equipment, or other part of the POTW. Any person found in violation of this requirement shall be subject to the provisions in § 52.999(B) of this ordinance.
