§ 52.001 MANAGER.
   The entire waste treatment system shall be under the immediate care, supervision and control of the Publicly-Owned Treatment Works (POTW) manager. The POTW manager is hereby charged with the duty of enforcing the ordinance contained in this chapter (hereinafter, “this ordinance”).
