§ 50.060 PURPOSE.
   The city hereby adopts the Municipal Energy Sales and Use Tax Act and, in conformance with U.C.A. §§ 10-1-301 et seq., the Municipal Energy Sales and Use Tax Act. Any amendments, modifications, supplements or later editions of said act shall constitute then in effect under the ordinance, or as amended.
