It shall be unlawful for any person to make connection from a supply of electricity or to supply electricity to any electrical equipment or wiring for which an installation permit is required, or which has been disconnected or ordered to be disconnected by the Electrical Inspector or an authorized agent until a certificate of approval has been issued by the Electrical Inspector or an authorized agent authorizing the connection and use of such equipment or wiring.
