§ 91.080 PUBLIC LIBRARY ESTABLISHED.
   There is established the Brigham City Public Library, deeded to the city on 4-1-1913. The library shall be free to the use of the inhabitants of the city, subject to the rules adopted by the Library Board of Trustees in accordance with state law.
