§ 50.026 UNLAWFUL ACT.
   (A)   At any point on the city’s electrical grid system where adequate capacity is available to service transient buildings or temporary domiciles, no transient buildings or the expansion thereof as defined in the city code will be allowed to sub-meter the city’s electrical energy.
   (B)   (1)   Any attempt by owner(s) or proprietor(s) to sub-meter the city’s electrical energy will result in the disconnection of their electrical service.
      (2)   Any violation of this subchapter will be considered an infraction of the law.
