(A) There is hereby adopted by the City Council Brigham City Electrical Requirements and Standards Manual, containing certain standards for new construction, trenching and conduit requirements, temporary and permanent residential and commercial service connections, metering and meter installations, transformers, secondary junction boxes, street lighting, sectionalizer and switch placement, clearance guidelines, primary and secondary system requirements, developer and customer responsibilities, inspection requirements and related matters. A copy of the manual will be kept on file with the City Recorder and placed on the Power Department page of the city’s website at https://www.bcutah.org/public-power.htm. Any amendments, modifications, supplements or later portions of said manual shall constitute the manual then in effect under this section.
(B) All illustrations contained in the manual will be assembled into one or more documents and shall be known as the Brigham City Electrical Quick Reference Guide. A copy of the Quick Reference Guide shall be kept on file with the City Recorder and placed on the Power Department page of the city’s
website at https://www.bcutah.org/public-power.htm.
