§ 50.014 CITY NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES.
   The city shall not be held liable for damage to any electric power user, or to any person or property, by reason of any supply or interruption of electrical supply caused by accidents or incidents to the system or by system alterations, additions, repairs or from unavoidable cause.
