(A) Up to four cremations can be accommodated in a full-size grave. Cremation vaults are not required. It shall be unlawful for any person to stick, fasten, wire or otherwise attach any balloon, decoration or flowers on top of the cremation wall or columbarium or on the face of the niche cremation wall or columbarium, except flowers are permitted in rosebud vases that are built into or attached professionally on niche face plates. Modifications to the wall must be approved by the cemetery sexton. Cremation urns shall be 10 ½ inches by 10 ½ inches or smaller.
(B) Flowers or decorations are not permitted around the base of the columbarium, walkways, or niche cremation wall.
(C) Face plate engraving, etching or brass name plate mounting, font, style, and pictures, flush mounted and not protruding beyond the flat surface of the face plate, are permitted and are the responsibility of the cremation owner.
(D) Decorations, flowers and general clean up. No person shall erect a fence, or planting of trees, flowers, shrubs, or any other obstructions upon cemetery grounds without authorization from the cemetery sexton. Any such obstructions shall be removed under the direction of the cemetery sexton. All flowers, real or artificial, must be placed in a container or attached to the monument. Flowers in movable containers must be placed on the headstone or base to ensure easy access for grass cutting. No glass containers are permitted. Any objects, such as wires, irons, sticks, or pegs, driven into the ground are not permitted. Any object or decoration not in compliance will be removed immediately. Flowers on monuments between designated rows are not permitted except on Memorial Day.
(E) The cemetery allows the use of shepherd hooks and vertical structures or decorations the week of Memorial Day and from November first through March first only. Shepherd hooks and vertical structures will not be allowed during the lawn maintenance season.
(F) The cemetery crew will remove decorations of flowers on new graves after seven days. After the burial is completed, the funeral flowers will be placed at the center of the grave. Flowers are laid down to prevent them being blown around the cemetery by canyon winds.
(G) General clean-up will consist of all flowers and decorations not in permanent containers and those that are wilted or damaged in permanent containers will be removed during the last week of March and the first week of April each year. Any faded artificial flowers will be removed and discarded. All flowers and decorations picked up are disposed of. Those who bring in decorations intended for use during the entire year are encouraged to wait until the spring clean-up is completed before freshening up their displays. Throughout the summer, unsightly or wilted decorations will be removed to maintain the beauty of the cemetery.
(H) Animals must be on a leash at all times. The owner of the properly restrained animal is responsible to remove any fecal matter the animal deposits on cemetery property.
