§ 50.012 USING ELECTRIC POWER FROM CONNECTION AHEAD OF METER.
   When a customer is found to be using electric power ahead of the meter, except by authority of special action by the Council, the service shall be shut off and not reconnected until the service from the point of intake to the meter has been inspected by the city at the expense of the consumer.
