§ 50.009 RESTITUTION OF PAYMENT.
   (A)   In the event that electrical services at a structure are found to have been incorrectly billed, restitution of payment to the customer or to the city, shall only be made on the most current 24-month billing period.
   (B)   No claim shall be filed or suits shall be instituted for improper billing outside this time limit.
