§ 50.006 METER DEPOSIT.
   (A)   A meter deposit shall be required on all electric meters owned by Brigham City Public Power.
   (B)   The amount of the deposit shall be determined by resolution adopted by the City Council and/or in accordance with state law.
   (C)   Said meter deposit may be changed by resolution from time to time as the requirements of the city demand.
