§ 50.004 DIRECTOR TO HAVE ACCESS TO PREMISES.
   The Director of Public Power, or authorized persons under his or her direction, shall have free access at all usual hours to all places supplied with electric power, to examine the apparatus, the amount used and the manner of using the same or for the purpose of disconnecting the electric power.
