§ 50.002 NAME OF ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; PROPERTY OF CITY; EXTENSIONS.
   (A)   The electric light and power system constructed by the city to supply electric light and power shall be designated and known as the “Brigham City Public Power” system.
   (B)   It shall be the property of the city, including individual meters and other related apparatus, and the Mayor and Council may from time to time authorize the construction, improvements or maintenance of such system as may be required.
