§ 91.062 DISINTERMENTS.
   (A)   No person shall disinter any remains buried in the cemetery, except under the direction of the cemetery sexton. All disinterments shall comply with applicable state law.
   (B)   Fees may be changed from time to time by resolution of the City Council.
