(A) There is hereby adopted by the City Council the manual entitled Brigham City Regional Airport Rules, Regulations and Minimum Standards most current edition, containing certain rules, regulations and minimum standards for the management, government and use of the airport and to ensure the continued viability and safety of the airport for its users and for the citizens of the city.
(B) Any amendments, modifications, supplements or later editions of said manual shall constitute the manual then in effect under this subchapter; provided, however, that, before any later editions shall take effect, the City Council, by resolution, shall certify that the later editions are available and one copy of all amendments, modifications, supplements or later editions shall be filed for examination and use by the public in the office of the City Recorder.
