§ 91.022 NAMING OR RENAMING PROCEDURES.
   (A)   It is the policy of the city that the naming or renaming of any city facility shall be mutually accomplished through joint cooperation of the Mayor and City Council.
   (B)   Accordingly, an ordinance naming or renaming any city facility described in this subchapter shall only be adopted consistent with a joint resolution of the City Council and the Mayor.
