§ 156.591 SEVERABILITY.
   Should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this subchapter shall be declared invalid or unconstitutional by a court or agency of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect any of the remaining sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses, phrases or word of this subchapter, all of which will remain in full force and effect.
