§ 91.005 FACILITY USE PROVISIONS.
   (A)   Academy Center. Brigham Academy Center may be available upon request, through the current lessor of the facility, and proper execution of the user agreement/reservation form that requires compliance with the city’s standards set forth in this chapter.
   (B)   City Hall. City Hall shall have its principle use as first a city office building, secondly as an Emergency Operations Center when activated. The facility shall also be utilized as meeting space for city purposes. Upon appropriate approval by the Mayor’s office, other governmental agencies may be allowed to use City Hall for professional meetings. Any such use shall be in accordance with the rules set forth herein. There shall be no charge for such use by other governmental agencies. Pursuant to U.C.A. § 10-3-1108(2)(d), city employees are not allowed to use city equipment while engaged in a political activity, including the city’s audio/visual equipment.
   (C)   Community Center. The Brigham City Community Center may be available upon request and proper execution of the user agreement/reservation form. The Community Center is available to government agencies, non-profit organizations, service organizations and citizens.
   (D)   Fire Station. The Fire Station shall have its principle use as a fire station and secondly as an Emergency Operations Center when activated. The facility shall also be utilized as meeting space for city purposes. Other governmental agencies may be allowed to use the Fire Station for professional meetings. Any such use shall be in accordance with the rules set forth herein and subject to the fee schedule attached hereto. This facility is only available to governmental agencies. Pursuant to U.C.A. § 10-301108(2)(d), city employees are not allowed to use city equipment while engaged in a political activity, including the city’s audio/visual equipment.
   (E)   Library. The library may be available upon request and proper execution of the user agreement/reservation form. The library is available to government agencies, non-profit organizations, service organizations and citizens.
   (F)   Other facilities. All other city facilities not specified herein are not intended to be rented or scheduled for private events or are rented and scheduled through a separate management agreement.
   (G)   Outdoor pool. Opening day for pool reservations will be advertised annually through the local paper, city email blasts and social media. Reservations may be made in person at the Recreation Office or online. The reservation season begins the first Saturday after school is let out in Box Elder County and ends the week before school commences in the county.
   (H)   Park Boweries. Opening day for bowery reservations will be advertised annually through the local paper, city email blasts and social media. Reservations may be made in person at the city offices or online. The reservation season begins Memorial Day weekend and runs through September 30. No reservations will be accepted during the week of Peach Days. Bowery use is subject to the fee schedule attached hereto. Fees must be paid before the reservation is calendared.
