The purpose of this subchapter is to:
(A) Comply with Utah Code; and
(B) Avoid discrimination in housing against persons with disabilities pursuant to the state’s Fair Housing Act, being U.C.A. Title 57, Chapter 21, or its successor statutes, and the Federal Fair Housing Act, being 42 U.S.C. §§ 3601 et seq., or its successor statutes, as interpreted by courts whose decisions are binding in the state.
