For purposes of this section, a secondary frontage is the backside of a building that faces 1100 South Street (SR-91) or Interstate 15 (I-15) with no direct access. Furthermore, the additional allotment applies to properties that abut the said public rights-of-way. The additional sign area may not be applied to multiple free-standing signs. Additional sign area and height may be approved by the City Council for an on-premises free-standing sign in the GC District within 1,000 ft. of an interstate interchange measured from the edge of UDOT right-of-way. Prior to the City Council consideration, an overall project signage plan must be submitted to the Planning Commission for their review and recommendation to the Council

Awning, canopy, flat, ghost, illuminated, projecting, wall, and window signs are limited in height to the height of the building. The restrictions contained in the Brigham City Historic Downtown Guidelines shall apply. Low Profile signs are subject to the restrictions contained in the Definitions Section 29.27.010.
Signs in the CBD Zoning District are subject to restrictions contained in the City Historic Downtown Guidelines for Historic Downtown. Billboards, high profile, electric awning and cabinet signs are specifically prohibited in the CBD Zone. Low profile signs may be internally illuminated, however, they shall be designed in such a manner that copy and logos are contained within a field that is opaque or of a darker color than the copy or logos. Digital signs in the CBD Zone shall be restricted to low profile signs.
