§ 156.486 SIGN PERMIT FEES.
   (A)   (1)   All signs within the city shall be erected, reconstructed or remodeled only in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter, city ordinances and the state-adopted Building and Fire Code.
      (2)   Application for a sign permit shall be made to the Community Development Department and shall be accompanied by a fee to defray the expenses incurred in administration of this chapter.
      (3)   Fees shall be established by resolution of the City Council. A sign permit shall be issued by the Community Development Department if the proposed sign is found by the Community Development Department to be in compliance.
   (B)   (1)   In the event that a notice of violation is issued, a reinspection fee shall be charged to defray the costs of reinspection.
      (2)   Said reinspection fees shall be charged for each inspection required until applicable regulations of the city are complied with.
      (3)   The amount of the fee shall be established by resolution of the City Council.
